GenTel is a pioneering AI governance and security company founded by alumni from prestigious institutions including Georgia Institute of Technology and Zhejiang University.

Since 2016, we've been at the forefront of AI trustworthiness and security, delivering comprehensive governance solutions for LLM and VLM developers worldwide, covering policy compliance, capability assessment, risk protection, monitoring, and training.
Founded in Hangzhou (June 2024), GenTel secured tens of millions in Series A funding within three months and rapidly expanded across across Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen, establishing a nationwide service network.

Trusted by 100+ enterprises across government agencies, financial institutions, and industry leaders including subsidiaries of the Cyberspace Administration of China, Ministry of Public Security, MIIT, People's Bank of China, as well as industry leaders like Hikvision, Ant Group, ByteDance, and Pacific Insurance, and Rokid, etc.

The GenTel team is a young group, with over 85% of its members holding master’s or doctoral degrees and an average age of post-1995. Distinctive in character and diverse in interests, Gentelers embody both the whimsy of carrying StellaLou (a cute plush character) and the tenacity to work tirelessly day and night to overcome challenges.
